Abstract(s)
Gerir uma escola é mais amplo e profundo que gerir processos e pessoas. Faz parte
da atuação do gestor escolar identificar questões que precisam ser tratadas e resolvidas de
forma eficaz e eficiente em tempo hábil por meio de estratégias que assegurem uma
resolução efetiva e assertiva. De forma geral, os problemas vividos dentro de uma escola,
trazem repercussão ao corpo docente e discente, de forma direta ou indireta, e cabe ao
Diretor Escolar ter a perceção de liderança, forte, ativa e estratégica.
No caso específico deste estudo, a evasão dos professores mostrou-se como um
problema que teve seu início no recrutamento, se intensificou nas formações e por fim
trazia resultados insatisfatórios na aprendizagem dos alunos. Por outro lado, destaca-se
que a cultura da escola é fortemente impactada pela mudança vivida na equipa pedagógica,
a cada vez que substitui um professor por exemplo, essa cultura se não estiver muito bem
fortificada, acaba por se enfraquecer ainda mais, desestabilizando o grupo e o trabalho.
Dessa forma, o estudo mostrou como a questão problema foi desenrolada e tratada

It is part of the school manager's role to identify issues that need to be addressed and resolved effectively and efficiently in a timely manner through strategies that ensure an effective and assertive resolution. In general, the problems experienced within a school bring repercussions to the teaching staff and students, directly or indirectly, and it is up to the School Director to have the perception of leadership, strong, active and strategic. In the specific case of this study, the evasion of teachers showed up as a problem that had its beginning in recruitment, intensified in training and finally brought unsatisfactory results in student learning. On the other hand, it is highlighted that the school culture is strongly impacted by the change experienced in the pedagogical team, every time a teacher is replaced for example, this culture if not very well fortified, ends up weakening even more, destabilizing the group and the work. Thus, the study showed how the problem issue was developed and dealt with
