Neste trabalho abordamos a evolução e desenvolvimento do Trombone, convergindo para obra de Luciano Berio Sequenza V (1965) que, quanto a nós representa um ponto fulcral na história deste instrumento pelo muito que esta obra contribuiu para o seu desenvolvimento e notoriedade.
