Abstract(s)
A realização do presente trabalho de dissertação teve como objetivos o
desenvolvimento e implementação de ferramentas de apoio à gestão multiprojeto no
processo de desenvolvimento de produto no departamento ST/ENI-Ovr inserido na
fábrica Bosch Security Systems, localizada em Ovar.
A atividade de desenvolvimento pelo ST/ENI-Ovr impõe requisitos na gestão
multiprojeto cada vez mais eficiente e eficaz, tornando imperial a melhoria continua no
seu sistema de coordenação e gestão.
Procedeu-se com a recolha de informação sobre o estado atual da organização e
identificação de problemas e dificuldades existentes na gestão dos projetos, através do
relato das práticas de gestão operacional e documental, bem como os indicadores de
performance mesurados. Este conhecimento permitiu adquirir uma visão clara para
guiar o desenvolvimento das ferramentas pretendidas a serem implementadas no
sistema de gestão multiprojeto existente, podendo assim incrementar a sua melhoria
contínua.
A concretização prática desta dissertação desencadeou na aplicação de melhoramentos
significativos às ferramentas de gestão utilizadas na unidade, desenvolvidas de acordo
com as suas necessidades. Adicionalmente, propuseram-se outras melhorias ao nível da
gestão documental e organizacional, tornando estas realizáveis a longo prazo se assim
a unidade entender.
Foram obtidos ganhos qualitativos, principalmente ao nível da gestão operacional, onde
mais rapidamente foi possível atuar com o devido sucesso.
Com este estudo, é expectável que se consiga obter um melhor aproveitamento do
capital humano existente, uma vez que o trabalho dos colaboradores diretamente envolvidos foi valorizado, tornando-os mais eficientes, eficazes, comprometidos e
motivados com a organização.
The purpose of this dissertation was to develop and implement tools to support multiproject management in the product development process carried out in the ST/ENI-Ovr department, located at the Bosch Security Systems plant in Ovar. The activity carried out by ST/ENI-Ovr imposes requisites in order of multiproject management increasingly efficient and effective, making imperial the continuous improvement in its coordination and management system. Information on the current state of the organization and identification of problems and difficulties in the management of projects was collected, through the reporting of operational and document management practices, as well as measured performance indicators. This knowledge allowed to acquire a clear vision to guide the development of the intended tools to be implemented in the existing multiproject management system, being able to increase its continuous improvement. The practical implementation of this dissertation led to the application of significant improvements to the management tools used in the unit, developed according to their needs. In addition, other improvements were proposed in terms of documentary and organizational management, making these achievable in the long term if the unity so requires. Qualitative gains were obtained, mainly at the level of operational management, where it was possible to act with the due success. With this study, it is expected that a better use of the existing human capital will be made, since the work of directly involved employees was valued, making them more efficient, effective, committed and motivated with the organization.
