O presente relatório pretene para além de relatar o estágio curricular realizado na divisão
Administrativa e Recursos Humanosn na Câmara Munucipal de Lousada avaliar questões
relacionadas com o grau de satisfação e bem-estar organizacional e fatores motivacionais
mais relevantes para os colaboradores.
Tendo como base a proposta de criação de uma Equipa de Prevenção e de Reintegração
Profissional no município num futuro próximo, ao longo do relatório pretendeu-se prestar
especial atenção á questão da prevenção como forma de procurar diminuir o número de
casos a necessitar de intervenção por meio da melhoria dos processos de acolhimento e
integração dos colaboradores.
Ao longo do estágio houve a opotunidade de desenvolver não só um novo Manual de
Acolhimento e Integração do Colaborador, como também o desenvolvimento de um Guia
e Agenda do Colaborador. Este último para além de conter informações relativas ás
principais matérias ao nível da legislação, tornou-se um docuemtno mais pessoal através
da criação de um espaço dedicado á agenda do colaborador que pode ser personalizado
pelo colaborador de acordoc om os seus dados pessoais.
Para além disso, foi ainda aplicado um questionário a uma amostra de 198 colaboradores
que desempenham funções na mesma organização. O principal objetivo da sua aplicação
será a realização de análises comparativas relativamente a cinco secções: Dados
sociodemográficos, Acolhimento e Integração, Motivação e Bem-estar, Absentismo e
Reintegração Profissional do Colaborador.
This report intends to report the curricular internship carried out in the Administrative and Human Resources division of the Municipality of Lousada to assess issues related to the degree of organizational satisfaction and well-being and the most relevant motivational factors for employees. Based on the proposal to create a Prevention and Professional Reintegration Team in the municipality in the near future, throughout the report it was intended to pay special attention to the issue of prevention as a way of trying to reduce the number of cases requiring intervention by improving the processes of reception and integration of employees. Throughout the internship there was the opportunity to develop not only a new Employee Welcome and Integration Manual, but also the development of an Employee Guide and Diary. The latter, in addition to containing information about the main issues in terms of legislation, became a more personal document through the creation of a space dedicated to the employee's agenda that can be customized by the employee according to his/her personal data. In addition, a questionnaire was also applied to a sample of 198 employees working in the same organization. The main objective of its application will be to carry out comparative analyses concerning five sections: Sociodemographic Data, Reception and Integration, Motivation and Well-Being, Absenteeism, and Employee Professional Reintegration.
