| dc.description.abstract | Esta dissertação teve como proposta analisar, interpretar e verificar empiricamente o Terceiro Setor identificando o enquadramento jurídico e contabilístico de uma Associação sem fins lucrativos: Apae Anápolis, e a relevância do exercício da transparência de seus atos na consolidação de sua missão e credibilidade perante a sociedade. Considerando o cenário de transformações significativas nas relações sociais, políticas e econômicas na sociedade brasileira, buscou-se demonstrar historicamente a evolução do Terceiro Setor no Brasil relacionando informações e memórias dos primórdios de sua existência aos dias atuais com a recente pesquisa de renomado instituto e que demonstra sistematizando em números os avanços conquistados. Abordou-se os direitos e deveres a que essas organizações se submetem e a importância em conquistar os títulos e as certificações, as imunidades e as isenções tributárias, receber auxílios, doações e subvenções, as possibilidades em firmar contratos e parcerias com as esferas governamentais, pois é através dessas benesses que o governo proporciona e de todas as possibilidades de doações legais, que está vinculada a sobrevivência dessas organizações sem fins lucrativos. Portanto, optou-se pela pesquisa de caráter descritivo e modalidade exploratória por permitir maior familiaridade com o objeto desta investigação. Contudo, devido à dinamicidade do processo de globalização e por acreditar que novos cenários contribuem para o fortalecimento cultural, buscou-se trazer conceitos de outros Países e que destoam das interpretações dessa temática no Brasil. Portanto, de forma incipiente verificou-se o tratamento do Terceiro Setor em outras culturas, constatando-se a necessidade de propiciar novas investigações a fim de ampliar as possibilidades de aprendizagem. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation had the purpose of analyzing, interpreting and empirically verifying the Third Sector by identifying the legal and accounting framework of a non-profit association: Apae Anápolis, and the relevance of exercising the transparency of its actions in the consolidation of its mission and credibility before society . Considering the scenario of significant transformations in social, political and economic relations in Brazilian society, historically it was demonstrated the evolution of the Third Sector in Brazil relating information and memories from the beginnings of its existence to the present day with the recent research of renowned institute and that demonstrates systematizing in numbers the advances made. They addressed the rights and duties to which these organizations submit and the importance of winning titles and certifications, immunities and tax exemptions, receiving aid, donations and grants, possibilities to enter into contracts and partnerships with government spheres, because it is through these benefits that the government provides and of all the possibilities of legal donations, which is linked to the survival of these non-profit organizations. Therefore, we opted for the research of descriptive character and exploratory modality for allowing greater familiarity with the object of this investigation. However, due to the dynamism of the globalization process and the belief that new scenarios contribute to cultural strengthening, we sought to bring concepts from other countries and that disclose the interpretations of this theme in Brazil. Therefore, in a nascent way the treatment of the Third Sector was verified in other cultures, evidencing the need to provide new investigations in order to expand the possibilities of learning. | pt_PT |
