Abstract(s)
do Campus.
afeta a performance do Campus.
In the midst of an increasingly competitive environment, organizations began to seek competitive advantages in their intangible resources as a means of survival. Thus, the intellectual capital of institutions has come to be considered as an important source of competitive advantages. In the context of higher education organizations, public or private, the relevance of this phenomenon was also slow to be recognized, since these educational establishments use intangible assets, i.e. intellectual capital and foster this "resource" that is used by other organizations. The main objective of this work is to analyze the perceptions of internal stakeholders of the IFMT - Campus Juína in relation to the importance of the Intellectual Capital of the same. In addition, it is also intended to verify the effect of this Intellectual Capital on the performance of the Campus. For its construction, the case study method was used, which was applied at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso - Campus Juína, with a qualitative approach. Regarding data collection, we opted for interviews, direct observation and documentary analysis. The results suggested that the three dimensions of Intellectual Capital, such as human, structural and relational capital, are equally important in relation to their totality and that CI affects the performance of the Campus. Through the study, we aim to show he relevance of intellectual capital to higher education organizations, as well as to instigate the adoption of intellectual capital management systems to contribute to performance.
