Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório de Estágio Profissional descreve todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do presente ano letivo, no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Música da Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo do Porto. Este trabalho está dividido em três capítulos.
O primeiro capítulo apresenta e carateriza a instituição onde decorreu a prática educativa supervisionada, denominada Academia de Música de Costa Cabral.
O segundo capítulo aborda toda a componente prática do trabalho desenvolvido em contexto sala de aula, bem como as observações e descrições das aulas lecionadas e atividades assistidas relacionadas com o estágio.
O terceiro capítulo descreve o projeto de investigação desenvolvido, o qual teve como principal objetivo perceber os benefícios da inclusão da disciplina de Música de Câmara no nível de iniciação musical.
A presente dissertação, consiste numa investigação-ação sobre a prática de música de câmara como fator motivacional, bem como o recurso a canções auditivamente familiares no reportório quotidiano das crianças. Foram criados dois grupos de Música de Câmara de forma a avaliar a progressão dos alunos, tendo em conta o aspeto musical e social. As metodologias utilizadas consistiram num registo escrito referente às aulas efetuadas, inquéritos aos professores e encarregados de educação dos alunos, e entrevistas aos alunos participantes.
As conclusões obtidas do estudo suportam a ideia que a prática de Música de Câmara desenvolve competências cognitivas nos alunos, tendo esta atividade igualmente influenciado um maior interesse na aprendizagem do instrumento.
This Professional Internship Report describes the work developed during the current academic year, for the purpose of obtaining the Masters degree in Music Education of Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo do Porto. This report is divided in three chapters. The first chapter presents and describes the institution where the supervised educational practice was held Academia de Música de Costa Cabral. The second chapter covers the entire practical component of the work developed in the context of the classroom, as well as the observations and descriptions of the lessons given, and the related assisted activities. The third chapter describes the research project developed, which aime was to understand the benefits of the inclusion of the practise of Chamber Music at the level of music initiation. The present dissertation consists in a research about the practice of chamber music as a motivational factor, as well as the inclusion of popular tunes in the daily repertoire of the children. Two groups of Chamber Music were put together in order to evaluate the development of the students, taking into account the musical and social aspects. Difrent methodologies are used, namely; a written diary related to the work carried out in the classes; inquiries to the teachers and legal guardians, and interviews to the partipants students. The conclusions obtained from this reseach reinvorce the idea that the practice of Chamber Music helps in the development of cognitive skills in the students, and atcs as a positive motivational factor also for the learning of the instrument.
