Abstract(s)
Atualmente e devido às conjunturas sócio económicas que as empresas atravessam, é
importante maximizar tanto os recursos materiais como humanos. Essa consciência faz
com que cada vez mais as empresas tentem que os seus colaboradores possam
desempenhar um papel importante no processo de decisão. Cada vez mais a diferença entre
o sucesso e o fracasso depende da estratégia que cada empresa opte por envergar. Sendo
assim cada atividade desempenhada por um seu colaborador deve estar alinhada com os
objetivos estratégicos da empresa.
O contexto em que a presente tese se insere tem por base uma pesquisa aos vários métodos
multicritério existentes, de forma a que o serviço que seja adjudicado possa ser executado
de forma transparente e eficiente, sem nunca descorar a sua otimização. O método de apoio
à decisão escolhido foi o Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A necessidade de devolver
aos decisores/gestores a melhor solução resultante da aplicação de um método de apoio à
decisão numa empresa de serviços energéticos foi a base para a escolha da tese.
Dos resultados obtidos conclui-se que a aplicação do método AHP foi adequada,
conseguindo responder a todos os objetivos inicialmente propostos. Foi também possível
verificar os benefícios que advêm da sua aplicação, que por si só, ajudaram a perceber que
é necessário haver uma maior entreajuda e consenso entre as decisões a tomar.
Nowadays, and due to socio economic conjunctures that companies go through, it is important to maximize both material and human resources. This awareness makes that companies try more and more that their employees can play an important role in decision making. The difference between success and failure increasingly depends on the strategy that each company chooses. Thus each activity performed by a collaborator must be aligned with the strategic objectives of the company. The context in which this thesis is based is part of a survey to several existing multicriteria methods, so that the service adjudicated can be executed transparently and efficiently without ever overlooking its optimization. The support method chosen to the decision was the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The need to return to the makers / managers the best solution resulting from the application of a support method for decision in an energy service company was the basis for choosing the thesis. From the results obtained it is concluded that the application of AHP was adequate, managing to respond all of the objectives initially proposed. It was also possible to verify the benefits that came from its application, which by itself helped to realize that there needs to be a greater and mutual consensus between the decisions to make.
