| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho de projeto avançado versa sobre a justificação de direitos e o registo predial. Como se sabe, ainda existem proprietários que não possuem um título que comprove o seu direito, ficando, deste modo, impossibilitados de proceder ao respetivo registo. A falta destes documentos pode ser suprida através da justificação notarial ou através de um procedimento tramitado nas conservatórias do registo predial, vulgarmente conhecido como justificação registal. Abordamos, também, a usucapião como causa de aquisição do direito de propriedade. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation will focus on rights justification and the real estate registration. As is commonly known, there are still property owners that do not own an ownership registration document that proves their ownership, being therefore unable to proceed with the respective registry. The lack of this documents can be procured by means of a notarial justification or through a procedure dealt in the land registry offices, more commonly known as registral justification. This dissertation will also approach the adverse possession as an acquisition cause. | pt_PT |
