Abstract(s)
O objetivo desta dissertação é o estudo da relação entre o humor e a música, com o propósito final da sua aplicação na Composição. Este estudo baseia-se na contraposição de ideias recolhidas de fontes bibliográficas sobre o tema e de princípios extraídos através da análise de obras instrumentais dos séculos XX e XXI que contenham elementos humorísticos, adquirindo, assim, competências para uma delineação dum conjunto de processos composicionais.
The goal of this dissertation is the study of the relation between humour and music, whereas the final purpose of its application is on Composition. This study is based on the contrast of ideas collected from bibliographic sources on the subject as well as from principles drawn out of the analysis of twentieth and twenty-first centuries’ instrumental works that include humorous elements, hence acquiring skills for outlining a set of compositional techniques.
