Análise comparativa do desempenho energético dos edifícios habitacionais do Brasil e de Portugal

| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal analisar o desempenho energético dos edifícios habitacionais do Brasil e de Portugal a partir da aplicação dos seus regulamentos, o Regulamento Técnico da Qualidade paro o Nível de Eficiência Energética de Edificações Residenciais (RTQ-R) e o Regulamento de Desempenho Energético dos Edifícios de Habitação (REH), respectivamente. No escopo do trabalho foram apresentadas as metodologias aplicadas no RTQ-R e no REH, analisando suas principais divergências e semelhanças no processo de avaliação e classificação da eficiência energética dos edifícios habitacionais. Este estudo integrou a aplicação de cada regulamento em dois casos de estudo distintos. O primeiro caso, configurou uma habitação com soluções construtivas correntes no Brasil e o segundo caso, uma habitação com soluções construtivas correntes em Portugal. No RTQ-R os dois casos foram avaliados admitindo como localização a cidade de São Paulo, enquanto que no REH, os dois casos foram avaliados na cidade do Porto. Os resultados das necessidades energéticas obtidos ao final de cada estudo foram analisados e comparados. Por fim, foi possível concluir que levando em conta as particularidades da realidade de cada país, os critérios de avaliação impostos na metodologia do REH são apontados como mais rigorosos em comparação ao RTQ-R, o que consequentemente eleva o padrão de eficiência dos seus edifícios habitacionais. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this work is to analyze the energy performance of residential buildings in Brazil and Portugal as a result of the application of its regulations, the Technical Quality Regulation for the Residential Energy Efficiency Level (RTQ-R) and the Performance Regulation Residential Buildings (REH), respectively. In the scope of the work, the methodologies applied in RTQ-R and REH were presented, analyzing their main divergences and similarities in the evaluation and classification process of the energy efficiency of residential buildings. This study integrated the application of each regulation in two different case studies. The first case, configured a housing with current constructive solutions in Brazil and the second case, a housing with current constructive solutions in Portugal. In the RTQ-R the two cases were evaluated admitting as location the city of São Paulo, while in the REH, the two cases were evaluated in the city of Porto. The energy requirements obtained at the end of each study were analyzed and compared. Finally, it was possible to conclude that, taking into account the particularities of the reality of each country, the evaluation criteria imposed in the methodology of the REH are indicated as more stringent in comparison to the RTQ-R, which consequently raises the efficiency standard of the residential buildings. | pt_PT |
