Abstract(s)
O objetivo deste estudo é identificar os fatores que estão na base da implementação do processo de
inovação de técnicas administrativas para melhorar o desempenho das atividades nas Direções
Provinciais do Cuanza Norte (Organizações do Setor Público). Adicionalmente ao objetivo geral, o
tratamento deste tema tem como objetivos específicos, identificar se, a carga laboral do colaborador
tem influência na implementação do processo inovador, se a remuneração (salários) dos
colaboradores, tem impacto (motivação), na adesão do processo inovador das técnicas
administrativas, identificar a política de formação dos colaboradores, as estruturas organizacionais, o
desenvolvimento tecnológico na área de comunicação e informação, suas técnicas de recrutamento,
assim como suas estratégias para fazer surgir, com mais frequência, o processo de inovação.
Para alcançarmos os nossos objetivos realizamos um estudo empírico sobre o impacto da inovação
das técnicas administrativas nas organizações do setor público da Província do Cuanza Norte. O
corpo teórico está sustentado por diferentes ideias e suportadas por conceitos de diferentes Autores
que já se referiram sobre o mesmo problema. Recorremos a pesquisa de enfoque quantitativo de
caráter exploratório, submetida a observação. Utilizamos o método Hipotético-dedutivo e como
instrumento de pesquisa utilizamos um questionário para a colecta da informação.
Concluímos que, a inovação implementada pelas organizações públicas na sua maior parte, é do tipo
incremental, a melhoria dos seus serviços depende maioritariamente de projetos do governo, que por
sua vez é o órgão que realiza os testes públicos para o recrutamento de novos colaboradores para
todas instituições públicas. A estrutura organizacional, o baixo salário e o número reduzido de
colaboradores foram vistos como elementos que influenciam negativamente na implementação do
processo inovador. Esperamos que este estudo sirva como ponto de partida ou como um material
adicional para o desenvolvimento das organizações, baseando-se nas teorias abordadas no tema,
que focam as perspetivas da inovação de técnicas administrativas nas organizações, no sentido de
serem implementadas por parte dos procedimentos que aumentam a sua melhoria.
The objective of this study is to identify the factors that underlie the implementation of the process of innovation management techniques to improve the performance of activities in the Provincial Directions of Kwanza Norte (Public Sector Organizations). In addition to the general objective treatment of this issue has the following objectives, identify whether the workload of the employee affects the implementation of the innovative process, if the compensation (salaries) of employees, impacts (motivation), the accession of the innovative process of management techniques. Identify the training policy for employees, organizational structures, technological development in the area of communication and information, their recruitment techniques, as well as its strategies to bring up more often, the process of innovation. To meet these goals do an empirical study on the impact of innovation in management techniques in public sector organizations of Kwanza Norte province. The theoretical framework is supported by different ideas and concepts supported by different authors who have referred to the same problem. We use a quantitative approach to research exploratory character, subjected to observation. We use the hypothetical-deductive method and as a research tool we had a questionnaire for collecting information. We conclude that innovation implemented by public organizations for the most part, is the incremental type, the improvement of its services largely depends on government projects, which in turn is the body that carries out public tests for the recruitment of new employees to all public institutions. The organizational structure, low salary and few employees were seen as factors that negatively influence the implementation of the innovative process. We hope that this study will serve as a starting point or as an additional material for the development of organizations, based on the theories covered in the topic, which focus on the perspectives of innovation management techniques in organizations, to be implemented by the procedures increasing their improvement.
