Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho teve como principal objetivo o mapeamento dos processos associados ao lançamento de ordens de fabrico para que estes possam ser analisados e sejam feitas propostas de melhoria ao processo. O mapeamento foi feito por meio de fluxogramas tendo por base o acompanhamento dos colaboradores ao longo do estágio. O contacto direto com os colaboradores permitiu o levantamento de problemas existentes ao longo do processo. Através da análise feita e dos problemas anotados foram efetuadas as propostas de melhoria ao processo. Dentro destas melhorias são exemplos: a introdução de todas as obras relativas a produtos Standard no método de lançamento em fabrico automático; a criação de um arquivo de documentos digital; a elaboração de uma ferramenta que permite automatizar a seleção de planos de pintura. Contudo, apesar das propostas de melhorias terem sido apresentadas e ter sido reconhecido o seu contributo para a organização, os resultados obtidos com estas não foram quantificados, tendo sido apenas feita uma avaliação qualitativa dos mesmos. Neste trabalho, inicialmente é feita uma abordagem aos conceitos teóricos que auxiliaram a elaboração deste trabalho, em seguida é feita uma descrição da empresa e um enquadramento deste projeto na empresa. Posteriormente, vem o desenvolvimento deste trabalho com a apresentação do mapeamento elaborado, seguido da análise, das propostas de melhoria e, por fim, é feita uma abordagem às instruções de trabalho elaboradas.
The present work had as main objective to map the processes associated with the release of manufacturing orders so that they can be analysed in order to the process improvement. The mapping was done through flowcharts based on the monitoring of employees during the internship. Direct contact with employees allowed the survey of existing problems throughout the process. Trough the analysis made, and the problems noted, the proposals for process improvement were made. Some examples of these improvements include: the introduction of all standard products in the automatic method; the creation of a digital document archive; the elaboration of a tool that allows automating the selection of painting plans. However, although the proposals of improvements were presented and their contribution to the organization was recognized, the results obtained with them were not quantified, having only been made a qualitative evaluation of them. In this work, initially is made an approach to the theoretical concepts that aided the elaboration of this work, proceeded by a description of the company and framing of this project in the company. Posteriorly, comes the development of this work with the presentation of the elaborated mapping, followed by the analysis, the improvement proposals and, finally, an approach to the elaborated process manual is made.
