Abstract(s)
pretendeu refletir, investigar e transformar.
The purpose of this research project is to understand and transform the function of the pedagogic coordination in the management of educational processes where the researcher currently practices her pedagogic activity. Having witnessed professional conformism and the lack of strategies that promote people and context, the researcher sought to develop new opportunities to start the transformation process. This awareness led to defined objectives that guided the study and were related to the environment that we wished to debate, investigate and transform. Essentially we aimed to define perceptions about the coordination of pedagogic processes, identify the need for transformation, develop strategies for promoting a culture of reflection and identify the potential of these strategies in transforming pedagogic concepts and practices. This qualitative and interpretative research involved the pedagogic team in a plan where the methodology followed reflexive strategies suited to research featuring a case study. Therefore, we gathered data through surveys given to the kindergarten teachers, records of observation and pedagogic meeting minutes. The researcher was a participating observer. Through result triangulation and final considerations, it was possible to highlight the importance of developing the ability to think as a team, enabling all involved to develop and enrich their supervising techniques, both personal and collective, upon the pedagogic practice
