This final report describes the goals, activities, and results obtained during the project implementation period of 24 months, including the ones already described in the intermediate report, which covered the first 12 months. It is formatted according to the suggestions contained in the introduction. It does not include a technical annex as all the project outputs were compiled into a DVD (1st and 2nd versions) that accompanies this report. For a comprehensive listing of all project outcomes please consult the companion DVD.
