A metodologia
implementação e testagem do protótipo desenvolvido.
usabilidade, desempenho e confiabilidade.
The management of workflows and documents is a challenge present in the financial sector, potentially leading to operational inefficiencies, delays, and security risks. The lack of a robust system to manage this information can compromise the necessary accuracy and agility, affecting the quality of service to customers and regulatory compliance. The main objective of this study was to develop and evaluate an integrated solution that optimizes the management of workflows and documents. To achieve this, several evaluation criteria were defined, such as maintainability, scalability, performance, and usability. The methodology involved a comparative analysis of existing tools and technologies. It also presents an analysis of the domain problem, architectural design and details about the implementation and testing of the developed prototype. The solution achieved met all the proposed objectives, demonstrating its effectiveness in addressing the identified challenges. User feedback confirmed its usability, performance, and reliability. The intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface helped streamline task processing, allowing activities to be executed more efficiently and with a lower margin of error. This study will establish a solid foundation for the evolution of the financial sector and the SWORD project at Natixis, facilitating internal processes and increasing operational efficiency.
