L’ISCAP est un lieu multiculturel mais est-il interculturel?

| dc.description.abstract | Les concepts de multiculturalité et d’interculturalité font partie de la vie actuelle du monde entier. Ils ont été étudiés et continue à être étudiés dans la vie quotidienne, le monde du travail et le monde universitaire. Lors d’un stage j’ai voulu mettre en oeuvre, une étude sur ces deux concepts dans le monde universitaire en choisissant l’Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d’Administration de Porto car j’y effectuais un stage. Je voulais démontrer si cet endroit était seulement un lieu multiculturel ou s’il était un lieu à la fois multiculturel et interculturel ou alors s’il se trouvait dans un état intermédiaire. Pour cela, j’ai tout d’abord fait un travail de recherche sur les deux concepts précédemment cités afin d’avoir une base théorique solide puis j’ai continué avec une partie pratique qui consistait dans la réalisation de questionnaires et ensuite la mise en place d’entretiens avec des étudiants et des stagiaires étrangers ainsi qu’avec des étudiants de l’ISCAP. Tout cela dans le but de déterminer les conditions d’accueil des étudiants étrangers, leurs impressions quant à ce séjour à l’étranger et à cette expérience interculturelle ou non et enfin des idées et/ou des mesures pour aider les lieux qui les accueillent afin de perfectionner ces séjours. Pour les étudiants de l’ISCAP, des questions afin de savoir également si l’Institut est un lieu interculturel ainsi que des solutions et/ou des mesures similaires à celles des étudiants étrangers. Tout cela formera une synthèse pour permettre à ces étudiants et stagiaires d’avoir une véritable situation interculturelle. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The concepts of multiculturalism and interculturalism are part of modern life around the world. They have been studied and continues to be studied in daily life, the workplace and academia. During a course I wanted to implement a study of these two concepts in the academic world by choosing the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto because I was doing an trainee. I wanted to show if there was only a multicultural place or if it was a place both multicultural and intercultural or so if it were in an intermediate state. To do this, I first made a research on the two concepts mentioned above in order to have a solid theoretical basis and then I continued with a practical part which consisted in making questionnaires and then setting up interviews with students and trainees as well as students from ISCAP. All this in order to determine the requirements for foreign students, their perceptions of the stay abroad and this intercultural experience or not and finally ideas and / or measures to help the places that welcome to refinement of these stays. For students ISCAP, questions also to whether the Institute is a place and intercultural solutions and / or similar to measures of foreign students.
