dc.description.abstractNeste estudo discuto uma possibilidade de interface entre linguagem e tecnologia ancorada na compreensão de gêneros como instrumentos tecnológicos. Para cumprir esse objetivo, remeto a algumas noções e conceitualizações dessas duas áreas referidas e as articulo na tentativa de demonstrar como os gêneros podem ser compreendidos como tecnologias, utilizadas pelos falantes de uma língua como instrumentos que medeiam as suas ações na e pela língua. Procuro demonstrar que é por meio do trabalho e pela necessidade de encontrar meios de aprimorar a experiência da realização de algo que o homem desenvolve instrumentos e metalinguagem, sempre com vistas à execução desse imperativo. Para cumprir esse objetivo, realizo uma análise documental, baseada em textos que remetem à tecnologia (Arendt, 2007; Cupani 2004, 2017; Pinto, 2005; McLuhan, 1962) e à linguagem (Aurox, 1992; Bakhtin, 1992; Schneuwly, 2004; Miller, 2012; Swales, 1990; Askehave & Nielsen, 2005; Luzón, Ruiz-Madrid e Villanueva, 2010). Tecnologia e linguagem assumem, então, uma relação de consequência inevitável, de forma a não tornar possível desassociar surgimento e desenvolvimento de ambas.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractIn this study, I discuss the possibility of an interface between language and technology anchored in the understanding of genres (discursive) as technological instruments. To accomplish this goal, I refer to some notions and conceptualizations of the two mentioned areas and articulate them in an attempt to demonstrate how genres can be understood as technologies, used by the speakers of a language as instruments that mediate their actions in and by the language. I try to demonstrate that it is through labor and the need to find ways to improve the experience of accomplishing something that man develops instruments and metalanguage, always with a view to implementing this imperative. To accomplish this goal, I perform a documentary analysis, based on texts that refer to technology (Arendt, 2007; Cupani 2004, 2017; Pinto, 2005; McLuhan, 1962) and language (Aurox, 1992; Bakhtin, 1992; Schneuwly, 2004; Miller, 2012; Swales, 1990; Askehave & Nielsen, 2005; Luzón, Ruiz-Madrid e Villanueva 2010). Technology and language assume, therefore, a relationship of inevitable consequence, so as not to make possible to disassociate the emergence and development of both.pt_PT
