Abstract(s)
Numa primeira fase deste estudo foi efetuada uma breve pesquisa acerca dos conceitos mais importantes para a elaboração deste projeto, nomeadamente assuntos relacionados com energia térmica proveniente da queima da biomassa. Para a segunda parte deste estudo, foi fundamental entender a distribuição da energia térmica da empresa bem como os seus principais consumidores, nas diferentes unidades industriais, de forma a elaborar um sistema de tarifário que visa distribuir este tipo de energia pelas diferentes áreas. Este tarifário terá como base diferentes tipos de custos, nomeadamente custos operacionais (manutenção do sistema de circulação de termofluido, recursos humanos, amortizações, aquisição da biomassa e resíduos). Pretende-se estudar e melhorar, se possível, o rendimento da queima na fornalha da caldeira. Realizou-se uma análise dos equipamentos de aquisição de dados de energia, de modo a definir os perfis de consumo dos consumidores de energia térmica, com o auxílio do sistema de gestão de energia utilizado pela empresa. O tipo de biomassa utilizado tem um peso bastante significativo na elaboração do tarifário, pois o seu poder calorifico terá influência direta no custo da energia térmica para os diferentes setores de produção. O principal objetivo deste estudo é então desenvolver, com base nos pontos referidos anteriormente, um sistema de tarifário para determinação de custos de energia térmica, em cada sector fabril, tendo por base as necessidades energéticas de cada consumidor.
In the first phase of this study a brief research was carried out on the most important concepts with the goal to prepare myself for this project, namely subjects related to thermal energy from biomass burning. For the second part of this study, it was fundamental to understand the company’s thermal distribution, as well as its main consumers, in the different industrial units, in order to elaborate a tariff system that aims to distribute this type of energy by the different areas. This tariff will be based on different types of costs, specifically operating costs (maintenance of the thermal fluid circulation system, human resources, depreciation, acquisition of biomass and waste). The aim is to study and improve, if possible, the efficiency of the burning in a boiler furnace. An analysis of the energy data acquisition equipment was carried out for the purpose of defining the consumption profiles of the thermal energy consumers, with the help of the energy management system used by the company. The type of biomass used has a very significant weight in the tariff elaboration, since its calorific power will have direct influence on the thermal energy cost for the different production sectors. The main objective of this study is then to develop, based on the points mentioned above, a tariff system to determine the thermal energy costs, in each manufacturing sector, based on the energy needs of each consumer.
