Abstract(s)
A evolução dos processos industriais tem feito com que as empresas se deparem com
restrições na fiabilidade dos seus equipamentos colocando em causa a procura contínua
de lucros.
Com o passar dos anos a manutenção tem vindo a ganhar uma enorme importância
assumindo um papel fundamental nas organizações. A sua principal responsabilidade é
prestar auxílio às empresas de forma a que estas consigam atingir os seus objetivos
através da maximização da disponibilidade dos equipamentos e instalações.
O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido com base num estágio curricular na empresa
NextBITT em conjunto com uma unidade hospitalar privada onde o caso de estudo foi
implementado.
Esta empresa tem como missão disponibilizar soluções inovadoras que otimizem a
gestão dos ativos dos seus clientes. Assim, em parceria com um desses clientes, neste
caso um grupo hospitalar privado, implementou-se o presente estudo direcionado para
a gestão dos ativos das suas infraestruturas.
Inicialmente este trabalho contou com uma extensa revisão da literatura, abordando
aspetos importantes a ter em conta para a manutenção dos equipamentos, como os
tipos de manutenção existentes, os indicadores de desempenho, novas tecnologias
associas à manutenção como por exemplo a E-maintenance, entre outros abordando
casos práticos de outros autores.
Por fim, foi concretizado o caso de estudo com o objetivo de perceber de entre os
equipamentos estudados, quais os que causaram impactos para o grupo hospitalar
privado, abrangendo assim pontos de estudo retratados anteriormente na revisão
bibliográfica.
Conclui-se assim o presente trabalho, comparando o desempenho entre as marcas dos
equipamentos para os respetivos pontos avaliados durante o caso de estudo prático
The evolution of industrial processes has caused companies to face restrictions in the reliability of their equipment, jeopardising the continuous search for profits. Over the years, maintenance has gained an enormous importance, assuming a fundamental role in organisations. Its main responsibility is to help companies to achieve their goals by maximising the availability of equipment and facilities. As a resulto of an internship at Nextbitt, this dissertation was developed. The case study wasp ut in practice on a private hospital unit. The company's mission is to provide innovative solutions that optimise the management of its customers' assets. Thus, in partnership with those customers, in this case the private hospital group, the present study was carried out aimed at the asset management of its infrastructures. Initially, this work counted on an extensive literature review, addressing important aspects to be taken into account for the maintenance of the equipment, such as the existing types of maintenance, the performance indicators, new technologies associated with maintenance such as E-maintenance, among others. Moreover, other authors´s pratical cases have been studied. With this, the author verified that there is little scientific information on the respective subject. Finally, the case study was implemented with the objective of understanding, among the equipment studied, which ones caused impacts for the private hospital group, hence covering the points of study previously portrayed in the bibliographical revision. This work is thus concluded, comparing the performance between the brands of equipments for the respective points assessed during the practical case study
