Abstract(s)
In terms of asset management, the purpose of this work is to create a model for assessing the state of high and very high voltage disconnectors, which is the responsibility of the Rede Elétrica Nacional (REN), encouraging support for the decision of future interventions, including improvement proposals, to determine the future replacement of the equipment, based on a technical-economic analysis. It is still intended to elaborate routines that allow a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the equipment in the network by families, typology, manufacturer and voltage level, as well as a correct analysis of the registered faults. In this way, a deep analysis of faults in disconnectors was carried out, marked in an international context, being adjusted to the reality of the REN, becoming advantageous in the future registry of failures with a consequent improvement in understanding what happened. A methodology was also developed to identify an asset condition indicator (ACI), applied to the disconnectors, allowing to infer about the current operating condition and also, to predict its future condition. This result was later evaluated through a technical-economic analysis to support the decision of future intervention in maintenance, refurbishment or replacement of the equipment. With this work, it was possible to recognize the advantages of this indicator, in the perception and understanding of the state of operation of the disconnectors, becoming relevant to its implementation to other equipment, in order to contribute strongly in the reliability of service in substations.
