Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação de Mestrado, tem como objetivo elaborar um plano de marketing adequado à empresa Nimble Controllers, tendo como componente prÔtica, a construção de um website. A ideia deste projeto surgiu da necessidade carecida da empresa em atribuir um rumo focalizado nos seus objetivos, que potencializasse a identidade da organização como um todo. As principais vantagens associadas à criação do plano de marketing estão relacionadas com o posicionamento da marca perante o seu mercado, a otimização dos recursos e diminuição dos erros, e final mente, melhorar o controle financeiro e aumento de vendas.
De modo a entender quais os interesses do pĆŗblico perante o modelo de negócio da Nimble Controllers, realizou-se um focus group que, com base nos resultados obtidos, ajudaram a definir o posicionamento da empresa no mercado. Um dos objetivos a cumprir com este plano de marketing, foi o desenvolvimento de um website dedicado Ć gestĆ£o das encomendas feitas pelos clientes. Com o auxĆlio desta plataforma na organização das encomendas, espera-se o aumento do nĆŗmero de vendas destes produtos, assim como a facilidade na gestĆ£o dos pedidos
This Masterās dissertation aims to develop a marketing plan suitable for the company Nimble Controllers, having as a practical component, the construction of a website. The idea of this project arose from the companyās lack of need to assign a direction focused on its objectives, which would enhance the identity of the organization as a whole. The main advantages associated with the creation of the marketing plan are related to the positioning of the brand before its market, the optimization of resources and reduction of errors, and finally, improving financial control and increasing sales. In order to understand the publicās interests in the face of Nimble Controllersā business model, a focus group was held which, based on the results obtained, helped to define the companyās positioning in the market. One of the objectives to be accomplished with this marketing plan was the development of a website dedicated to the management of orders placed by customers. With the help of this platform in the organization of orders, it is expected that the number of sales of these products will increase, as well as the ease of managing orders
