Nos Ćŗltimos anos, a nossa sociedade sofreu alteraƧƵes significativas ao nĆvel tecnológico que
têm vindo a modificar o quotidiano do cidadão e transportaram para a palma da mão um
conjunto significativo de tarefas atƩ hƔ poucos anos impensƔveis.
Atualmente, torna-se possĆvel realizar as mais simples tarefas como, a tĆtulo de exemplo,
efetuar um cƔlculo matemƔtico, tirar fotografias ou registar numa agenda um compromisso,
ou tarefas mais complexas, como por exemplo, escrever ou editar um documento, trabalhar
numa folha de cƔlculo ou enviar um e-mail com um anexo, isto tudo com o recurso a um
simples dispositivo móvel, conhecido como smartphone ou tablet.
Apesar de existirem diversos tipos de apps que seriam um bom auxĆlio para o aumento da
produtividade dos utilizadores de dispositivos móveis Android, nem todos têm
conhecimento das mesmas, pelo que Ć© importante que os utilizadores tenham
conhecimentos das vantagens da utilização destes recursos e de tudo o que podem realizar
com os seus dispositivos com o objetivo de aumentar a sua produtividade profissional ou
pessoal.
O presente estudo pretende contribuir para uma anÔlise sobre a potencial utilização das
novas tecnologias, mais propriamente estudando e recomendando apps de produtividade.
Com este intuito foi criada uma app de recomendação de aplicações de produtividade com
recurso a um método de sistemas de recomendação. São apresentados os resultados e as
conclusƵes, com recurso a opiniƵes de potenciais utilizadores.
In recent years, our society has undergone significant changes in the technological level that have been modifying the everyday citizen and transported to the palm of the hand a long number of tasks that were unthinkable to be done a few years ago. Nowadays, itās possible to perform the simples tasks, such as, for example, a mathematical calculation, take a photo or record an appointment, or more complex tasks, such as, writing or editing a document, work on a spreadsheet or send an e-mail with an attachment, all this with the use of a single mobile device, known as smartphone or tablet. Although there are many types of apps that would be a good help to increase the productivity of users of Android mobile devices, not everyone knows about their existence, so itās important that users have knowledge about of the advantages of these resources and all they can accomplish with their devices in order to increase their professional or personal productivity. This study aims to contribute to an analysis of the potential use of new technologies, more specifically studying and recommending productivity apps. To this end itās been created an app that recommends productivity apps using a specific method of recommender systems. The results and conclusions are presented, using the opinions of potential users.
