No retalho têxtil, é essencial uma boa gestão de stocks para o sucesso do negócio. O princípio base é a alocação do stock onde este seja necessário, por forma a aumentar as vendas e a reduzir os custos de armazenamento. Na MO, recorre-se a diferentes métodos de aprovisionamento e de gestão de stocks, tais como o reaprovisionamento automático e as concentrações de artigos (transferências entre lojas). No presente documento são abordadas algumas ferramentas que são usadas no dia-a-dia e as melhorias efetuadas. Para tal, a metodologia utilizada foi a Action Research. Após a definição dos problemas e o planeamento das suas soluções, optou-se pela utilização das ferramentas da Microsoft, o Power BI e o Power Apps. Como resultado do trabalho efetuado no âmbito desta dissertação, criaram-se reports em Power BI que permitem uma análise de dados mais aprofundada à anteriormente realizada, sendo possível a consulta de dados históricos, através de um processo de fácil leitura e compreensão, qualquer que seja o utilizador. Adicionalmente, desenvolveu-se uma aplicação em ambiente Power Apps, que propõe facilitar o processo de pedidos de fardamento efetuados pelas lojas, que até ao momento é efetuado por e-mail. As melhorias efetuadas impactam não só a forma de comunicação, bem como a análise de resultados, tendo assim influência em todas as equipas envolventes no negócio.
In textile retail, a good stock management is essential for business success. The basic principle is the allocation of stock where it is needed in order to increase sales and reduce storage costs. At MO, different methods of supplying and stock management are used, such as automatic re-provisioning and concentrations of items (transfers between stores). This document addresses some tools that are used on a daily basis and the improvements made. For this, the methodology used was Action Research. After defining the problems and planning the solutions, the tools chosen were Microsoft’s Power BI and Power Apps. As a result of the work carried out in the scope of this dissertation, reports were created in Power BI in order to more easily and efficiently leverage the existing data. Additionally, the reports provide a more straight forward UX1 , allowing users to perform more in-depth analytics and access historical records - something they were not able to do prior. In addition, an application has been developed in Power Apps environment, which proposes to simplify the process of uniform orders made by stores, which so far is made by e-mail. The improvements made impact not only the communication between teams, as well as the analysis of results, thus having influence on all the teams involved in the business.
