Abstract(s)
This work was developed based on OEE equipments calculation at Tridec and the subsequent TPM implementation proposal. The literature review focused on two things, the TPM methodology as a mean of reducing waste associated with the equipment and as a strategy of continuous improvement, as well as focused in the analysis of this work’s metric, the OEE. Tridec’s characterization was made in order to understand the operations, the processes plan, the products it solds as well as understand the business process. After the calculation of the company’s efficiency was analyzed each particular equipment to evaluate their performance and their contribution to the efficiency and there were made improvements that could be implemented in order to improve the results. Finally, the pillars which already have solidified implementations in the company were approached, giving more attention to the ones related with maintenance (Autonomous and Preventive), which are more related to the equipments.
