Abstract(s)
Este trabalho apresenta toda a analise que foi feita para solucionar um problema apresentado
pela entidade Porto Design Factory (PDF) que é uma plataforma educativa experimental
de co-criação para a educação interdisciplinar, para a inovação e para a aceleração de novas
ideias, produtos e negócios.
É também o catalisador de uma cultura de educação experimental baseada no "passion-based learning", ambicionando promover melhores resultados na aprendizagem, potenciar a
empregabilidade e melhorar a interface com as empresas.
Tem à sua responsabilidade um conjunto de projetos multidisciplinares que a PDF coordena
e está envolvida, necessitando de uma ferramenta de apoio à gestão, feita à medida, que se
enquadrada com as caraterísticas próprias da PDF.
Esta ferramenta deve ter a capacidade da gestão dos vários recursos humanos e materiais,
torna-se um fator proeminente para o sucesso da PDF.
O principal objetivo foi a analise e desenvolvimento de uma aplicação capaz de dar resposta
as necessidades que a PDF sente e que a mesma seja capaz de cobrir todos os domínios
presentes no problema e as suas necessidades caso o mercado não tivesse uma solução à
medida das necessidades já desenvolvida.
Neste trabalho foi feito um estudo onde se engloba desde as tecnologias e aplicações exis tentes no mercado com o objetivo de aumentar o conhecimento sobre os mais diversos
produtos existentes no mercado e na expetativa de encontrar um que pudesse satisfazer
todas as necessidades presentes neste problema.
Ao longo deste estudo conclui-se efetivamente o mercado não dispunha de uma solução
completa capaz de dar resposta ao problema, como tal foi necessário proceder à criação de
uma solução que colmate muitas destas falhas presentes nos mais diversos domínios de ação
da PDF.
Permitindo que esta entidade passe a apresentar uma postura mais eficaz no seu ambiente
de desenvolvimento, onde consiga ultrapassar a falta de matérias, técnicos, recursos e a criar
dentro da entidade um ambiente mais acolhedor e propicio ao desenvolvimento de produtos,
serviços e negócios
This work presents all the analysis that was made to solve a problem presented by the Porto Design Factory (PDF) entity, which is an experimental educational co-creation platform for interdisciplinary education, for innovation and for the acceleration of new ideas, products and Business. It is also the catalyst for a culture of experimental education based on "passion-based lear ning", aiming to promote better learning outcomes, enhance employability and improve the interface with companies. It is responsible for a set of multidisciplinary projects that PDF coordinates and is involved in, requiring a tailor-made management support tool that fits with PDF's own characteristics. This tool must have the ability to manage the various human and material resources, it becomes a prominent factor for the success of PDF. The main objective was the analysis and development of an application capable of respon ding to the needs that PDF feels and that it is able to cover all the domains present in the problem and its needs if the market did not have a solution tailored to the needs already developed. In this work, a study was carried out encompassing from the technologies and applications existing in the market in order to increase knowledge about the most diverse products on the market and in the expectation of finding one that could satisfy all the needs present in this problem. Throughout this study, it is effectively concluded that the market did not have a complete solution capable of responding to the problem, so it was necessary to create a solution that lls many of these aws present in the most diverse elds of action of PDF. Allowing this entity to present a more effective posture in its development environment, where it can overcome the lack of materials, technicians, resources and create within the entity a more welcoming environment conducive to the development of products, services and businesses
