A implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade traduz uma vantagem competitiva para uma empresa. Nos dias de hoje, com o aumento da concorrência, as empresas necessitam de englobar diversos critérios diferenciadores para que consigam superar as dificuldades encontradas no mercado em que se inserem. Como tal, a implementação de sistemas de gestão potencia o aumento da competitividade através da satisfação das partes interessadas como clientes, fornecedores, colaboradores e meio envolvente. Dada a importância de Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade nas empresas e na preparação de qualquer engenheiro, pretende-se, com esta dissertação, aprofundar os conceitos associados à Qualidade e a sua aplicação na implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade a uma empresa na área dos Quadros Elétrico. Para implementação deste sistema, foi necessária a criação de diversos documentos e registos como o estabelecimento da política da empresa, organograma, contexto organizacional, riscos e oportunidades, entre outros. Assim, a implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade só foi possível através de um estudo aprofundado da norma NP EN ISO 9001:2015 e da análise da empresa em termos de processo produtivo, de forma a verificar quais as melhorias possíveis a efetuar, facilitando o trabalho diário de todos os colaboradores. Este trabalho é realizado com a colaboração da empresa Quadrivale, sita em Paredes, e que não possui qualquer experiência na área da Qualidade. Este tema possibilita a realização de um trabalho diário mais organizado e consciente, e, consequentemente, de qualidade. Ainda no decorrer da dissertação, será também relevante dar a conhecer o processo produtivo da empresa e requisitos do produto expedido (Quadros Elétricos). O último ponto abordado na dissertação será o requisito Design e Desenvolvimento da norma através do seu estudo e quais as implicações no Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade caso seja implementado no futuro. Com a elaboração desta dissertação, foi possível conhecer a situação atual da empresa, permitindo avaliar as lacunas em termos de gestão da organização e estabelecer uma abordagem por processos conforme recomenda a norma, sempre com uma visão no futuro aproveitando todas as oportunidades para uma melhoria contínua.
The implementation of management quality system of management quality system means a clear competitive advantage for the company. Nowadays, with the increasing of competitors, the companies need to distinguish themselves using diverse methods in order to overcome the difficulties that they may face on the market. Such implementation of management systems potential increases the competitiveness through the good services provided to clients, vendors, collaborators and the specific field in itself. Taking into account the high level of importance of Management Quality Systems within the companies and in preparation of any engineer, we intent, with this dissertation, to go deep into the concepts related with the Quality and such application and implementation on the companies that deal with Electric Boards production. For the implementation of this system, it was a must to create different types of documents and registration such as stablishing a politics and rules of the company, organogram, organizational context, risks and opportunities, amount other ones. So, the implementation of Management Quality system it was only possible through the extensive study on the normative NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and through the analysis of the company in terms of production, the way to verify which are the improvements to make in order to simplify and improve the productivity on a daily bases of collaborators. This work has been designed with to cooperation of Quadrivale, placed in Paredes, that does not possess any experience regarding Quality area. This subject of work provides an improvement on a daily basis work making it more organized and capable and consequently, with more quality. Along this dissertation, will be interesting to go through the relevant aspects of the all process of the company and the requisitions regarding the product (Electric Boards). The last approach on this dissertation will be about the requisitions for Design & Development of the standard through it is study and what the implication in the Quality Management System if it is implemented in the future. With this dissertation was possible to recognize the actual status of the company, allowing us to evaluate the gaps in terms of management and establish an approach through the process as recommended by the norm, allows looking forward to the future and to the constant improvement.
