Abstract(s)
execução do processo.
A automatização
As descobertas
desempenho organizacional geral. O estudo demonstra ainda a aplicação prÔtica da ferramenta
UiPath numa automatização bem-sucedida do processo em questão.
The automation of manual processes has become increasingly important in today's fast-paced business environment. This research focuses on the automation of a specific manual process within Inapa, aimed at reducing time consumption and freeing up workers for other tasks. The targeted process was redesigned and partially automated using UiPath tools, resulting in a significantly more efficient approach compared to the traditional manual execution. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of automation in terms of time savings. The research methodology involved analyzing the existing manual process and identifying areas suitable for automation. Through careful redesign and the utilization of UiPath tools, the manual process was automated to a significant extent. After the implementation of the automated solution, data was collected on time consumption for both the manual and automated approaches and evaluated within the company's operational environment. The results of the study demonstrate a remarkable improvement in efficiency, with the automated process consistently outperforming the manual approach by over 90%. The automation not only reduced the time required for the process but also relieved workers from repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on more value-added activities. This research contributes to the field of software engineering by providing empirical evidence of the benefits of process automation in terms of time efficiency. The findings highlight the potential for automation to optimize manual processes and improve overall organizational performance. The study also sheds light on the practical application of UiPath tools in achieving successful process automation.
