Abstract(s)
Verifica-se uma crescente procura, utilização e exigência, por parte dos utilizadores, de plataformas digitais de apoio ao estudo. Uma das causas deste aumento deve-se ao crescente acesso a equipamentos digitais, especialmente telemóveis e tablets, por parte das gerações mais novas. Este fenómeno foi drasticamente acelerado pela pandemia Covid-19, com início em 2020, e consequentes medidas de confinamento.
Uma das principais funcionalidades das plataformas de e-Learning é a distribuição e visualização de conteúdos educativos. Se esta funcionalidade falhar a capacidade de a plataforma cumprir o seu objetivo é dificultada, ou até impossibilitada.
Este documento procura estudar os obstáculos encontrados por estas plataformas, tendo como objetivo encontrar a melhor forma de distribuir e apresentar conteúdos educativos. Para tal, será estudado um caso real, e será projetado e desenvolvido um novo módulo de distribuição de recursos educativos.
There is a growing demand for quality digital e-Learning platforms. One of the causes for this growth is the increased access to digital devices, especially mobile phones and tablets, by the younger generations. This phenomenon was drastically accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic, which began in 2020, and its consequent lockdown measures. One of the main features of an e-Learning platform is the distribution and visualization of educational content. If this functionality fails, the ability of a platform to fulfill its purpose is severely hampered, or completely impeded. This document seeks to study the obstacles encountered by these platforms, aiming to find the best way to distribute and present educational content.
