O setor do calçado em Portugal tem um grande impacto económico, segundo dados da Associação
Portuguesa dos Industriais de Calçado, Componentes, Artigos de Pele e seus Sucedâneos, em 2012,
existiam 1322 empresas portuguesas de calçado empregando 34624 pessoas. Devido ao elevado número
de empresas, estas sentem a necessidade de se destacar, um dos meios utilizados é a implementação de
sistemas de gestão principalmente da qualidade segundo a ISO 9001.
A Máximo Internacional – Imp. e Exp. S.A. decidiu implementar o sistema de gestão integrado
em qualidade e segurança e saúde do trabalho segundo a NP EN ISO 9001:2008 e a NP 4397:2008 sendo
o objetivo deste projeto a implementação dos sistemas adotados
Ao longo deste relatório será efetuada um breve enquadramento à temática em estudo e descrita
a implementação do sistema de gestão integrado em qualidade e segurança e saúde do trabalho na empresa

Due to the high number of companies, they feel the need to stand out, one of the means used is the implementation of quality management systems especially in accordance with ISO 9001.
