Serve o presente relatório como objetivo descrever e refletir sobre meu o percurso desenvolvido ao longo do estágio curricular, realizado no âmbito do mestrado em Assessoria de Administração, integrando no departamento de Recursos Humanos da empresa Natixis em Portugal. Na primeira parte do relatório, é apresentado o enquadramento da organização, com destaque para a sua estrutura, funcionamento e missão, permitindo contextualizar o ambiente em que decorreu o estágio.
Segue-se uma exposição teórica que fundamenta as atividades realizadas, estabelecendo a ligação os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo da minha formação académica e a sua aplicação prática, bem como conceitos importantes que relacionam Recursos Humanos e Assessoria de Administração.
As tarefas desempenhadas durante o estágio são descritas de forma detalhada, evidenciando as competências desenvolvidas ao longo das 720h de estágio, os desafios enfrentados e as aprendizagens alcançadas. É ainda descrita uma análise sobre os contributos proporcionados por mim à entidade de acolhimento, como forma de avaliar o impacto da minha participação nas dinâmicas da organização.
Por fim, o relatório é concluido com uma reflexão final sobre a importância desta experiência no meu percurso formativo e profissional, destacando a consolidação de conhecimentos, o desenvolvimento de competências e a aproximação ao contexto real de trabalho, elementos essenciais para uma futura integração no mercado profissional.
The purpose of this report is to describe and reflect on the course developed during my internship, as part of the master's degree in Management Consulting, in the Human Resources department of the Natixis company in Portugal. The first part of the report presents the organization's background, highlighting its structure, operation and mission, allowing us to contextualize the environment in which the internship took place. This is followed by a theoretical exposition that underpins the activities carried out, linking the knowledge acquired during my academic training and its practical application, as well as important concepts that relate Human Resources and Management Advice. The tasks carried out during the internship are described in detail, highlighting the skills developed during the 720-hour internship, the challenges faced and the lessons learned. An analysis of the contributions I made to the host organization is also described, as a way of assessing the impact of my participation in the organization's dynamics. Finally, the report concludes with a final reflection on the importance of this experience in my educational and professional career, highlighting the consolidation of knowledge, the development of skills and the approach to the real work context, essential elements for future integration into the professional market.
