A PREPARAÇÃO TRANSFORMADA EM CRIAÇÃO – GUIA PRÁTICO PARA ‘ACTORES’ é um objecto que ajuda actores e actrizes, através de exercícios teatrais, a encontrar formas para a criação cénica. Existem diversas “técnicas, métodos e sistemas” para treino de intérpretes, criados por diversos/as practitioners-fazedores/as (criadores/as teatrais que transformaram a prática teatral no decorrer da História do Teatro). Muitas destas práticas foram esquecidas com o passar das décadas, portanto, esta pesquisa é uma forma de recordar estas técnicas, que têm a função de desenvolver o trabalho de intérpretes através de exercícios de teatro reunidos num guia prático para ‘actores’, do qual qualquer actor/actriz, estudante, praticante ou pessoa interessada nesta matéria possa usufruir, ajudando como fio condutor para a criação cénica.

Many of these practices have been forgotten over the decades, so this research is a way of remembering these techniques, which have the function of developing the actor's work through theatre exercises gathered in a practical guide for 'actors', from which any actor, student, practitioner or person interested in this matter may withdraw, helping as a guideline for theatre making.
