Abstract(s)
O presente ensaio complementa o Projecto de Mestrado em Artes Cénicas (variante Direcção de Cena e Produção) da ESMAE, com o título Geração 6.0 [Sensações, Artes e Cidade], que se estreou a 15 de Junho de 2019 nos Jardins da Cobertura da Estação de Metro da Trindade, na cidade do Porto. Opta-se por uma escrita na terceira pessoa do singular cuja narrativa descreve e reflecte o desenrolar da implementação do Projecto, desde a sua génese ao balanço, após a sua apresentação. Geração 6.0 [Sensações, Artes e Cidade], dirigido a adultos a partir dos 60 anos, pretende proporcionar ao público sénior uma pesquisa sensorial na cidade que habita com base em propostas artísticas. Recorrendo a diferentes Práticas Artísticas e Comunitárias, realizou-se uma sequência de cinco oficinas teatrais de exploração, em paralelo com a criação musical, resultando numa apresentação final que sintetiza os principais resultados do processo criativo.
A narrativa documenta os processos criativos e da pesquisa que os norteou. A pesquisa resulta do trabalho no terreno que envolveu profissionais do teatro e da música e um grupo de pessoas com mais de 60 anos, no contexto de produção da Napalm (Companhia de Teatro Dança em Conjunto ou Alternadamente).
This essay complements ESMAE's Masters Project in Performing Arts (Scene Direction and Production), entitled Generation 6.0 [Sensations, Arts and City]. This premiered on 15 of June, 2019, in the Roof’s Gardens of the Trindade’s Metro Station, in the city of Porto. It has been chosen a third person of singular writing whose narrative describes and reflects the progress of the implementation of the Project, from its genesis to its balance, after its presentation. Generation 6.0 [Sensations, Arts and the City], directed to adults over 60 years old, aims to provide the senior public a sensory research in the city they inhabit based on artistic proposals. Using different Artistic and Community Practices, there was a sequence of five theatre exploration workshops, in parallel with the musical creation, resulting in a final presentation that summarizes the main results of the creative process. The narrative documents the creative processes and the research that guided them. The research is the result of field work involving theatre and music professionals and a group of people over 60 years old, in the context of Napalm's (Theatre and Dance Company) production.
