| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de estágio traduz o processo de formação inicial aliado ao percurso da futura docente na prática educativa dos contextos de Educação Pré-Escolar e 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico que contribuíram para a construção de uma identidade profissional de habilitação de perfil duplo para a docência.Esta produção escrita,numa articulação entre a teoria e a prática, mobilizou conhecimentos científicos, pedagógicos, didáticos e investigativos que potenciaram uma atitude crítica e reflexiva assente em crenças e valores pessoais. Por conseguinte o desenvolvimento desta postura indagadora, reflexiva e investigativa, foi edificada pelo contributo da Metodologia de Investigação-Ação, que, envolvendo a espiral dinâmica e interativa dos processos de observação, planificação, ação, reflexão e avaliação, possibilitou a transformação da ação. Simultânea e invariavelmente este percurso careceu de interações pedagógicas de natureza colaborativa nas quais todos os intervenientes contribuíram para a promoção de práticas singulares, contextualizadas e inovadoras bem como para o desenvolvimento profissional da futura docente. Concomitantemente, a continuidade educativa das práticas preconizou-se numa ação inscrita no paradigma socioconstrutivista, apoiado pelas pedagogias da escuta e da participação nas quais, com o papel ativo, as crianças co-construíram o seu próprio processo de desenvolvimento e aprendizagem, tendo a docente estagiária assumido o papel de mediadora. Nesta perspetiva, partiu-se dos interesses, necessidades e aprendizagens das crianças, desenvolveu-se a Metodologia de Trabalho Projeto, pautada pela promoção da autonomia, flexibilidade, afetividade, colaboração, respeito pelo outro e convivência democrática com vista às aprendizagens significativas e ao desenvolvimento holístico de cada uma e do grupo. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This internship report reflects the process of initial training combined with the journey of the future teacher in educational practice in the contexts of Pre-school Education and Primary School which contributed to the construction of a professionalidentity of dual profile qualification for teaching. This written production, in an articulation between theory and practice, mobilized scientific, pedagogical, didactic and investigative knowledge that enhanced a criticai and reflective attitude based on personal beliefs and values. Therefore, the development of this inquiring, reflective and investigative attitude was built by the contribution of the Action-Research Methodology, which, involving the dynamic and interactive spiral of the processes of observation, planning, action, reflection and evaluation, enabled the transformation of the action. Simultaneously and invariably, this pathway required collaborative pedagogical interactions in which ali those involved contributed to the promotion of unique,contextualised and innovative practices,as well as to the professional development of the future teacher. At the same time, the educational continuity of the practices was based on an action inscribed in the socio-constructivist paradigm, supported by the pedagogies of listening and participation in which, with an active role,the children co-constructed their own development and learning process, with the trainee teacher assuming the role of mediator. From this perspective, based on the children's interests, needs and learning, the Project Work Methodology was developed,guided by the promotion of autonomy,flexibility,affectivity,collaboration, respect for others and democratic coexistence with a view to significant learning and the holistic development of each child and the group. | pt_PT |
