Abstract(s)
O presente relatório compreende o período final do Mestrado em Empreendedorismo e
Internacionalização. Pretende-se apresentar as atividades realizadas no estágio curricular
como Ajudante de Despachante, na empresa GESTDESP.PT – Gestão Aduaneira, Lda.,
durante seis meses, na Ilha da Madeira.
Este relatório tem como intuito, explorar e compreender sobre as práticas e procedimentos
aduaneiros que são uma das atividades mais importantes na circulação de bens no
comércio internacional. O relatório inicia-se com uma seção teórica, destacando o papel
das organizações e regulamentos que regem o comércio internacional, como os
procedimentos que existem no fluxo de mercadorias na importação e exportação. Realça se, depois, a importância que tem o papel do despachante e a sua organização no
desalfandegamento das mercadorias. Descreve-se, finalmente, o despachante que foi a
entidade acolhedora do meu estágio, bem como os seus serviços e a sua equipa de
trabalho. A terminar, são detalhadas as tarefas realizadas ao longo do estágio curricular.
No estágio curricular tive como finalidade o desenvolvimento de atividades de gestão
aduaneira, através do seguimento de um plano de estágio realizado pelo orientador da
empresa acolhedora. Os objetivos do plano de estágio permitiram aprofundar os
conhecimentos teóricos estudados nas aulas, através do desenvolvimento de atividades
práticas.
Este período de aprendizagem, permitiu descobrir uma área pela qual sempre tive
curiosidade, ajudou a enriquecer os conhecimentos teóricos e salientou, ainda mais, a
vontade de exercer a profissão. Espera-se que através deste relatório de estágio, seja
possível apreciar o papel fundamental que o despachante exerce no mundo aduaneiro e
a sua grande importância no comércio internacional.
This report comprises the final period of the Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Internationalization. The aim is to present the performance of a curricular internship as a Customs Broker's Assistant, at the company GESTDESP.PT - Gestão Aduaneira, Lda., for six months, on the island of Madeira. The purpose of this report is to explore and understand international trade, mainly in the customs field and its procedures, through a theoretical section, highlighting the role of the organizations and regulations that govern this subject, as well as the procedures that exist in the flow of goods in import and import. It highlights the importance of the role of the broker and presents the host organization, its services and the team working there. Finally, the tasks carried out during the internship are detailed. The purpose of the internship was to develop customs management activities, following an internship plan drawn up by the supervisor of the host company. The objectives of the internship plan made it possible to deepen the theoretical knowledge studied in the course classes through practical activities. This period of learning allowed me to discover an area I had always been curious about, helped to enrich my theoretical knowledge and further underlined my desire to work in the profession. The customs world is of great importance in international trade, and it is hoped that this internship report will help us to appreciate the fundamental role it plays and how complex it can become.
