A indústria têxtil e do vestuário tem, no momento atual, um papel central na vida económica do país e as organizações que nela atuam têm vindo a despertar para a importância que a adoção de Sistemas de Gestão revela, quer no contexto nacional, quer, sobretudo, no internacional. O presente projeto visou a implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, de acordo com o
referencial NP EN ISO 9001:2015, numa empresa da indústria têxtil e do vestuário. A metodologia
utilizada foi a investigação-ação, pelo que, a partir da revisão de literatura efetuada e da consequente recolha de informação e de contributos junto da empresa em estudo, foram
construídos os instrumentos que se revelaram fundamentais para a implementação do sistema de
gestão. Concluído o projeto, a empresa possui um sistema de gestão, integralmente implementado, que vai
ao encontro dos requisitos aplicáveis, nomeadamente, do normativo, legais e específicos da
organização. Como contributos principais deste projeto, destaca-se o facto de o mesmo fornecer um quadro geral
do processo de implementação da ISO 9001: 2015, e de fornecer uma análise pormenorizada sobre
o pensamento baseado no risco, pilar fundamental da última revisão da norma.
The textile and clothing industry plays a central role in the Portuguese economic life and the organizations working in the field are aware of the fundamental role that Management Systems have in the national and especially international contexts. This project aimed at the implementation of a Quality Management System, according to the NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, in a company of the textile and clothing industry. With an action research methodology approach and after a literature review, it was possible to collect data and different inputs from the organization so as to create the appropriate instruments that were to become fundamental for the implementation of the management system. As a result, the organization has now available a fully implemented management system which corresponds to its specific, legal and normative requirements. The main contributions of this project are the fact that it provides a general framework for the implementation process of ISO 9001: 2015 and simultaneously a detailed analysis of risk-based thinking, a fundamental trait of the last revision of the standard.
