Abstract(s)
The dual diagnosis of a severe mental illness simultaneously with substance use disorders is associated with a variety of motor performance deficits. To determine the effectiveness of of an exergaming training program based on the Nintendo Wii in improving the motor performance of patients with dual diagnosis in a community-based treatment center. Secondary objectives included the analysis of this program in anthropomorphic, psychopathological, behavioral and neuropsychological variables.
