A gestão estratégica, sendo a área responsável pela tomada de decisões com maior impacto para a sustentabilidade de qualquer organização, deve ser absoluta prioridade para os gestores, que devem procurar exercer as melhores práticas com vista à tomada de decisões estratégicas que conduzam ao sucesso das organizações que lideram. Neste trabalho, é apresentada uma visão diferenciadora acerca da temática da gestão estratégica ao considerar-se que a coexistência de múltiplas estratégias distintas com vista à obtenção de vantagem competitiva não só pode ser uma realidade, como pode, inclusive, resultar em melhores resultados quando comparada com a visão clássica que defende a utilização de uma única estratégia competitiva transversal a toda a organização. Decorrente desta visão, e tendo por base uma empresa de software de gestão ERP, são apresentadas várias soluções para incorporar no ERP SEGIN direcionadas para vertentes estratégicas distintas. De realçar a solução desenvolvida para o problema de escalonamento de produção que permitiu uma redução combinada de 13% no número de atrasos nas entregas a clientes, no tempo total de fluxo e no tempo de não utilização de máquinas, bem como para a solução de tratamento de não conformidades que originou à SEGIN, até ao momento, receitas de -------€, sendo que, futuramente, este valor pode aumentar significativamente. Os resultados obtidos validam a coexistência de estratégias competitivas como forma de alcançar o sucesso de uma organização.
Strategic management, being the area responsible for making decisions with the biggest impact on the sustainability of any organization, must be an absolute priority for managers who must seek to exercise best practices in order to make strategic decisions that lead to the success of organizations that they lead. In this work, a differentiated vision is presented on the theme of strategic management when considering that the coexistence of multiple distinct strategies to obtaining competitive advantage can not only be a reality, but can even result in better results when compared with the classic view that defends the use of a single competitive strategy across the entire organization. As a result of this vision, and based on an ERP management software company, several solutions are presented to be incorporated in ERP SEGIN directed to different strategic aspects. It is worth highlighting the solution developed for the production scheduling problem that allowed a combined reduction of 13% in the number of delays in deliveries to customers, in the total flow time and in the time of not using machines, as well as the solution for the treatment of non- that led to SEGIN, until now, revenues of € ------, and in the future, this value may increase significantly. The results obtained validate the coexistence of competitive strategies as a way to achieve the success of an organization.
