This topic proves to be particularly relevant in the current context, where workplace accidents continue to occur despite technological advancements, highlighting the importance of understanding the interaction between individual risk perception and the maturity of the safety culture. These variables are directly related to the effectiveness of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as they significantly influence workers' behaviors. Objective: The main objective of this study is to analyse workers’ perceptions regarding occupational risks to which they are exposed during the performance of their professional activities at the company Inplas. Methodology: The methodological approach adopted is mixed in nature. Initially, an in-depth literature review was conducted. Subsequently, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied to Inplas workers, complemented by field observations. This methodological triangulation aimed to ensure a broader and more contextualised understanding of individual perceptions and the safety practices adopted on site. Results: The results obtained respond to the proposed objectives, contributing to the sociodemographic profiling of Inplas workers. A predominance of female workers was observed, aged between 41 and 50 years, with education equivalent to secondary school (12th grade), which serves as guidance for improving Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) actions.
