| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de estágio integra-se na unidade curricular de Prática Educativa Supervisionada e apresenta-se como um requisito parcial para a obtenção do grau de mestre em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, conforme DL n.º 79/2014, de 14 de maio. Este documento surge como indagação crítica em torno do desenvolvimento e aprendizagem pessoal e profissional da mestranda, espelhando o seu processo formativo decorrente ao longo do estágio realizado em ambos os contextos. Numa perspetiva dialógica entre teoria e prática, o mesmo mobiliza conhecimentos científicos, metodológicos, pedagógicos e didáticos que, aliado ao conhecimento dos contextos educativos, permitiu a realização de uma prática educativa sustentada e contextualizada, tendo em conta o paradigma socioconstrutivista da educação. O desenvolvimento profissional docente teve ainda como eixo basilar as etapas da metodologia de investigação-ação, veiculando uma transformação da educação e formação docente, através da observação dos contextos da prática, da criação e implementação de práticas criativas e renovadas que respeitaram orientações curriculares e um currículo de base humanista promotor de metodologias ativas e que fomentaram um perfil de educadora e professora do 1.º CEB reflexivo, investigador e transformador da ação. Assim, este relatório constitui-se como um momento de reflexão sobre, na e para a ação através de dinâmicas de colaboração e supervisão, que contribuíram para a construção da identidade profissional da mestranda, desenvolvendo um saber, saber fazer/agir, ser e estar mais profícuo e seguro, alicerçada nas suas competências e valores. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This internship report is part of the Supervised Educational Practice course and is presented as a partial requirement to obtain a master's degree in Pre-School Education and Teaching in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, according to DL n. 79/2014, of 14 of May. This document emerges as a critical inquiry about the personal and professional development and learning of the master's student, mirroring her formative process during the internship in both contexts. In a dialogical perspective between theory and practice, it mobilizes scientific, methodological, pedagogical and didactic knowledge that, together with the knowledge of the educational contexts, allowed the realization of a sustained and contextualized educational practice, considering the socioconstrutivist paradigm of education. The professional development of teachers also had as a basic axis the stages of the research-action methodology, leading to a transformation of teacher education and training, through observation of the contexts of practice, creation and implementation of creative and renewed practices that respected curricular guidelines and a humanist-based curriculum that promotes active methodologies and that fostered a profile of a reflective, investigating and transforming educator and teacher of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. Thus, this report constitutes a moment of reflection on, in and for the action through dynamics of collaboration and supervision, that contributed to the construction of the professional identity of the master student, developing a knowledge, a know-how/act and how to be more profitable and secure, based on their skills and values. | pt_PT |
