Abstract(s)
Os últimos anos trouxeram muitas mudanças no cenário económico. Condições como avanços
tecnológicos, a globalização e a crise que estamos a viver no nosso país, parecem ter sido fatores
que ao contrário do que seria de esperar, influenciaram o desenvolvimento do empreendedorismo.
Com vista a melhorar o seu desempenho no mercado, as start-ups acabam por adotar modelos
para sintetizar toda a informação e tirar conclusões. Estes modelos são designados como
business models. Nesta dissertação, proponho-me a desenvolver um modelo mais completo com
base nos business models já existentes e testá-lo numa startup portuguesa. No primeiro capitulo
da dissertação serão estudados cinco business models, sendo eles, Outcome-Driven Innovation,
Blue Ocean Strategy, Customer Development, Customer Brand-Based Equity e Discovery Driven
Planning.
Seguidamente, no segundo capitulo, pretende-se integrar todos os business models num modelo
bastante mais simples, completo e, por consequência, mais produtivo. Um modelo que é
constituída por 13 pontos e composta por metodologias contidas nos business models estudados
no primeiro capitulo.
Por último, ao terceiro capítulo corresponde um estudo de caso. O modelo resultante da
integração dos business models irá ser aplicado a uma start-up Portuguesa chamada Negócios Na
Hora. Testando o modelo resultante da integração pertence-se perceber o efeito do modelo criado,
testando a sua aplicabilidade.
Recent years have brought many changes in the economic scene. Conditions such as technological advances, globalization and the crisis we are experiencing in our country, seem to have been factors that contrary to what might be expected, influenced the development of entrepreneurship. To improve its performance in the market, start-ups end up adopting models to synthesize all the information and draw conclusions. These models are designated as business models. In the first chapter of the thesis five business models will be studied, Outcome-Driven Innovation, Blue Ocean Strategy, Customer Development, Customer-Based Brand Equity and Discovery Driven Planning.
