| dc.description.abstract | This poster presents three European projects that are being carried out by Polytechnic Institute of Porto. It presents the way we identify the challenges and needs to be addressed, the way we developed the analysis of the impact and the identification of possible actions and outcomes. We also present the way we tried to understand the general EU context, the analysis of specific sector. It includes Gantt chart, definition of the role/expertise of partners and establish the benefits for the other partners and also a geographical balance and strategies. In this poster we also include the timeline prepared and the quality assurance structure. This poster could be a way to help people who are think of developing an European project since it resumes and organizes some important data in a visual way.
