| dc.description.abstract | Objectivo: Medir a intensidade de dor e desconforto aquando da mamografia, e identificar os determinantes associados a estes sintomas. Métodos: 150 utentes responderam a um questionário pré e pós exame, que permitiu quantificar a dor e desconforto durante a mamografia, e encontrar os determinantes relacionados com estes sintomas. Resultados: 88% referiu dor na realização do exame, a ansiedade foi um factor preponderante e o conforto pré exame permitiu que menos mulheres sentissem dor. Conclusão: A generalidade dos dados analisados concorda com a revisão da literatura. Excepções: utilização de contraceptivos orais e realização de Terapia Hormonal de Substituição. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Objective: Measure the intensity of pain and discomfort felt during the mammography, and identify the determinants related to this symptoms. Methods: 150 patients answered to an inquiry before and after the exam, that allowed to quantify pain and discomfort during the mammogram, and discover the determinants related with these symptoms. Results: 88% refers pain during the mammogram, the anxiety was a overweight factor and the comfort before exam allowed fewer women to feel pain. Conclusion: Generally, the data analyzed agree with the literature. Exceptions: use of birth control pill and hormone replacement therapy. | por |
