A minha ambição para a realização de um estágio curricular, como parte integrante do meu
percurso de mestrado em cinema e fotografia, derivou de uma grande vontade de adquirir experiência
prática junto a uma entidade que se dedique ao desenvolvimento de projetos fotográficos em
ambiente de estúdio. Adicionalmente, desde o início, a minha intenção foi a de realizar este estágio
fora das fronteiras portuguesas. Tal predisposição tem origem na minha anterior experiência de
estudos na Itália, durante a licenciatura, e reflete o desejo e a curiosidade de replicar a experiência,
mas desta vez no âmbito profissional da fotografia.
Estou convicta de que a oportunidade de estagiar fora do meu país me proporcionou
perspetivas distintas e métodos de trabalho na área da fotografia que, talvez, em Portugal, não teria a
mesma amplitude de oportunidades ou locais propícios. Foi assim que me deparei com o I Heart
Studios, uma agência especializada em fotografia e videografia com sedes em Amsterdão e Hong Kong.
A empresa destaca-se pela sua abordagem na criação de conteúdo concebido para atender aos
desafios, objetivos e requisitos comerciais de seus clientes. Concentrando-se predominantemente em
fotografia de moda e produtos, os estúdios do IHeart visam valorizar, ampliar e agregar qualidade às
diversas marcas com as quais colaboram.
My ambition to undertake a curricular internship, as an integral part of my master's degree in cinema and photography, derived from a great desire to acquire practical experience with an entity dedicated to the development of photographic projects in a studio environment. Additionally, from the beginning, my intention was to carry out this internship outside Portuguese borders. This predisposition originates from my previous experience of studying in Italy, during my degree, and reflects the desire and curiosity to replicate the experience, but this time in the professional context of photography. I am convinced that the opportunity to intern outside my country provided me with different perspectives and working methods in the field of photography that, perhaps, in Portugal, would not have the same range of opportunities or suitable locations. That's how I came across I Heart Studios, an agency specializing in photography and videography with headquarters in Amsterdam and Hong Kong. The company stands out for its approach to creating content designed to meet the challenges, objectives and business requirements of its clients. Focusing predominantly on fashion and product photography, IHeart studios aim to value, expand and add quality to the various brands with which they collaborate.
