O presente documento visa descrever o processo de investigação e desenvolvimento do projeto realizado na empresa E-goi, no âmbito da unidade curricular Tese / Dissertação / Estágio, do Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, na área de especialização de Engenharia de Software, no Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. O projeto apresentado nesta dissertação consiste numa ferramenta que permite a configuração e gestão de surveys para recolha de feedback, assim como a implementação de reporting e de automatismos baseados nessas interações. Para implementar uma nova funcionalidade num produto já existente, é necessário perceber se esta funcionalidade é realmente necessária e se esta trará benefícios ao produto, é também necessário definir o planeamento para a implementar, desenvolver a funcionalidade e, por fim, avaliar a solução de modo a perceber se cumpre os objetivos. A descrição técnica deste documento descreve o processo de desenvolvimento da solução, resultante da análise do problema e levantamento dos requisitos de software.
This document aims to describe the research and development process of the project carried out at E-goi, in the scope of the course unit Thesis/Dissertation/Internship, of the Master in Informatics Engineering, in the specialization area of Software Engineering, at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. The project presented in this dissertation consists of a tool that allows the configuration and management of surveys for collecting feedback, as well as the implementation of reporting and automations based on these interactions.
