Este relatรณrio apresenta o projeto de Educaรงรฃo e Intervenรงรฃo Social,
โSomos Capazesโ, concebido e desenvolvido com a metodologia de
investigaรงรฃo-aรงรฃo participativa. Este projeto teve como principal objetivo
diminuir comportamentos de indisciplina e melhorar as relaรงรตes interpessoais
dos alunos de uma turma de 5.ยบano de uma escola EB 2,3. Neste sentido, foi
dado a este projeto o tรญtulo de โSomos Capazesโ.
Sendo um projeto de Educaรงรฃo e Intervenรงรฃo Social, baseado na
metodologia de investigaรงรฃo-aรงรฃo participativa, foi essencial construir uma
relaรงรฃo entre a Educadora Social e os participantes do projeto, desenvolvida
atravรฉs do diรกlogo, com o objetivo de criar empatia e confianรงa, para que
estes refletissem e partilhassem o que pretendiam melhorar e os problemas
que era necessรกrio ultrapassar, bem como para ganharem confianรงa e se
sentirem preparados para se tornarem agentes ativos da sua prรณpria
mudanรงa. Apรณs realizada uma anรกlise do contexto, foram priorizados
problemas, necessidades e desenhadas aรงรตes com os alunos, professores e
pais.
Neste sentido, a finalidade deste projeto foi o desenvolvimento de
competรชncias pessoais e sociais dos alunos da turma, promovendo a sua
participaรงรฃo mais ativa, desenvolvendo a capacidade de adquirirem valores
que enriqueรงam as suas personalidades e contribuam para o seu bom
desenvolvimento pessoal e acadรฉmico.
O projeto โSomos Capazesโ revelou-se importante na vida dos
participantes do mesmo, uma vez que permitiu a mudanรงa de atitudes e
comportamentos, bem como uma nova reflexรฃo sobre as suas vidas futuras.
This report presents the Education and Social Intervention project, โWe are Capableโ. This project was conceived and developed under the guidance of participative investigation-action methodology. It had as the main objective the decrease of indiscipline and the improvement of interpersonal relations among the students of a 5th year class in a EB 2,3 school. Being a Education and Social Intervention project, based on a participatory research-action methodology, it was essential to build a relationship between the Social Educator and the project participants, developed through dialogue, in order to create empathy and trust, so that they reflect and share what they intended to improve and the problems they had to overcome as well to gain confidence and feel prepared to become active agents of their own change. After making an analysis of the context, we prioritized problems and needs and designed the actions with students, teachers and parents. Therefore, the major purpose of this project was the development of personal and social skills of students in the class, promoting their more active participation by developing the ability to acquire values that will enrich their personalities and contribute to their good personal and academic development. The project โWe are capableโ became important to the participantsโ lives, since it allowed the change of attitudes and behaviors, as well as a new reflection about their future lives. .
