| dc.description.abstract | Desde 1982 que se tem verificado o aparecimento de uma consciencialização em Portugal relativa à utilização de energia. As crises energéticas existentes na altura motivaram a criação de legislação afeta aos consumidores intensivos, incutindo no país uma filosofia de poupança energética capaz de fazer face aos problemas que se verificavam na altura. Os preços e os custos com a energia deixaram, subitamente, de ser o único fator preponderante na gestão energética nacional, e cada vez mais, surgiu a preocupação de se elaborar legislação que procurasse mudar o comportamento dos consumidores no que toca ao consumo energético. Nos últimos anos tem-se verificado o natural desenvolvimento em todo o tipo de indústria. O desenvolvimento no setor energético e na área de eficiência tem acompanhado esse progresso tecnológico e apresenta hoje soluções capazes de facilitar o trabalho dos auditores energéticos que, fruto da legislação atual, desenvolvem a sua atividade procurando ajudar os vários intervenientes do setor industrial a atualizar e a desenvolver as suas infraestruturas com o objetivo de atingir níveis de eficiência elevados. Uma das soluções mais inovadoras nesta área tem sido desenvolvida nos últimos tempos – os Sistemas de Gestão de Energia. | dc.description.abstract | Since 1982 we have been watching the surge of an awareness in the use of energy in Portugal. The energy crises that existed at the time motivated the creation of laws regarding the intensive consumers, instilling in the country an energy savings philosophy capable of facing the problems that existed at the time. Energy prices and costs have suddenly ceased to be the only preponderant factors in the national energy management, and more and more concern has arisen over legislation that seeks to change consumer behavior in energy consumption. In recent years there has been a natural development in all types of industry. The development in the energy sector and in the area of efficiency has accompanied this technological progress and presents today solutions able to facilitate the work of the energy auditors who, as a result of the current legislation, develop their activity seeking to help the various agents of the industrial sector to update and develop their infrastructures with the aim of achieving high levels of efficiency. One of the most innovative solutions in this area has been developed in recent years - Energy Management Systems. This tool has proved itself to be indispensable in the work of energy auditors. | pt_PT |
