Abstract(s)
Being able to play the natural horn nowadays seems like something that doesn't make much sense, especially when the instrument has reached a state of development so evolved, that we can practically build our concept of horn, according to our preferences. We currently live in the era of descant and triple horns, and playing an "obsolete" instrument could feel like a huge waste of our precious time. With this project, I intend to demonstrate that this is not entirely true and that the contact of the modern horn player with the natural horn brings a lot of advantages.
