Abstract(s)
O presente relatório pretende refletir o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do estágio
realizado no Rio Ave Futebol Clube (RAFC), com o objetivo da obtenção do grau de
Mestre em Gestão das Organizações - Ramo Público.
Este estágio foi efetuado no RAFC, mais propriamente no seu departamento de
formação, e teve uma duração de cinco meses. Os objetivos para a concretização deste
estágio passaram por compreender a estrutura e a organização de um clube de futebol,
reforçar a minha formação como gestor, tomar consciência da dinâmica inerente ao
mundo do trabalho, aplicar no contexto real de trabalho os conhecimentos adquiridos na
formação do mestrado, desenvolver novos conhecimentos e aperfeiçoar as minhas
capacidades de comunicação, de interação e de tomada de decisão.
Durante o estágio foram várias as atividades realizadas, desde a Gestão de Stocks,
Gestão de Espaços, Gestão de Eventos, Apoio à legalização/inscrição de atletas na
Formação até ao Processo de Certificação de Entidades Formadoras, as quais serão
descritas neste relatório.
The present report aims at the elaboration of a final internship report, carried out with the objective of obtaining a Master's degree, taught by the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto. This internship was carried out at Rio Ave Futebol Clube (RAFC), more specifically in its youth department, and lasted five months. The goal for completing this internship included understanding the structure and organization of a football club, reinforcing my training as a sports manager, becoming aware of the dynamics inherent in the world of work, applying the knowledge acquired in the real work context master's degree, develop new knowledge, develop my communication, interaction and decision making skills. During the internship, several activities were carried out, from Stock Management, Space Management, Event Management, Support for legalization/registration of forgein athletes to the Certification Process of Training Entities.
