Com o investimento cada vez mais comum em piscinas de utilização coletiva tanto para lazer como para desporto, torna-se cada vez mais pertinente o estudo e aprofundamento de novas tecnologias e inovações no tratamento de água e na gestão de piscinas, associadas aos equipamentos disponíveis no mercado, tendo em conta as normas e legislações em vigor. A gestão de piscinas é quase sempre reativa, isto é, atua quando os problemas aparecem. Por exemplo, uma análise bacteriológica demora três ou quatro dias úteis a saber-se o resultado (na melhor das hipóteses), caso seja encontrado algo fora dos limites recomendáveis, o problema já aconteceu e vamos atuar tardiamente. Neste trabalho pretende-se criar um sistema que monitorize os parâmetros do tratamento de água que são possíveis de controlar e, informe o gestor da piscina caso algum dos valores saia da gama definida ou dos limites legislados.
With the increasingly common investment in pools for collective use for both leisure and sports, the study and deepening of new technologies and innovations in water treatment and pool management is becoming more and more pertinent, associated with the equipment available on the market, considering the norms and legislation in force.
